“Friends of a Feather” is a monthly bird walk for families with North Fork Naturalist Jennifer Murray, providing an opportunity to learn about birds, “birding,” and community science projects. A meet up may also include a workshop and/or a craft. Families will experience a different topic each month.

This May, we will meet for the annual Mother’s Day Stroll to discover the life of our Endangered Shorebird, the Piping Plover, by observing this shorebird at Breakwater Beach in Mattituck. More details to follow.
