Mattituck Inlet faces imminent risk of a catastrophic breach from jetty-driven erosion, endangering businesses, property, and critical habitat. With Bailie Beach severely eroded and the 2026 dredge plan inadequate, we urge Congressman LaLota to secure emergency funding and direct the Army Corps to expand into a full dredging and renourishment project to protect our community’s future.
